ESTATEs
An ESTATE is a group of 1x1 LANDs that have been merged together into a larger parcel.
Typically, ESTATEs come in sizes of 3x3, 6x6, 12x12 and 24x24.
ESTATEs can either be bought readily-assembled. Or they can be created by merging 1x1 LANDs that are adjacent to each other.
What sizes do ESTATEs come in?

Can I form an ESTATE with 1x1 LANDs?
Yes, ESTATEs can be formed by combining 1x1 LANDs together, as long as they are adjacent to each other.
Can I split an ESTATE into a smaller ESTATE or 1x1 LANDs?
Yes. ESTATEs can be split into smaller sizes or even into individual 1x1 LANDs.
